Pin 7 unusable

I'm not able to use Pin 7 (PL10 aka GPIO362) as either input or output from RPi.GPIO-PineA64.

From the shell, however, I can export 362 and it works as both input and output (though it seems to always have a pullup), and when used as output it doesn't make it all the way to 3.3v.

I'm using an SOPINE with the baseboard in case this is device specific.
