Adds ability to choose whether to take screenshots at runtime. A use case would be to take screenshot only when 'screenshot' appears in the test description.

thank you for your contribution. would you please ensure your change preserves the exisiting line indention using tab characters?

further i'd name the new functionality something like screenShotNeededPredicate.
