Add note about git configuration

Assuming readers install git for the first time on a new system/WSL distro, ensure the name, email are set up correctly to match their GitHub/GitLab acocunt.

Also ensure the autocrlf settings is correctly sets, as this differs on unix (input) and windows native (auto) (just to avoid end of line issues in general)
