[Request] Is it possible to apply external charts?

It would be great to have a function that automatically creates a playlist by matching the music file I have with the music on the Billboard chart. If there is an API of not only the Billboard charts but also the charts of each country, I think music lovers who use this swing music will like it.

Of course, it's a thought, and if it's feasible, I'd be really happy.
