Dynamic Playlists

Basically the ability to automatically add every song that gets added to a certain folder go in to that Playlist. For example if i have a Playlist called Rap and i have folders called American-Rap, British-Rap and African-Rap and i want every new song that gets added to one of those folders to appear in the Rap-Playlist
