`carton dev` shouldn't stop watching when its first build results in failure

Currently, when the project contains code that doesn't compile, carton dev doesn't get to the watching stage, and simply fails. It shouldn't stop the process and should continue watching, potentially starting the server and opening a browser window as normal, maybe just with error messages that clarify the current state of the build?
