Describe the bug

In a Swift Plugin package, vscode-swift/SourceKit is reporting that PackagePlugin doesn't exist.

The package builds fine, so it clearly does exist :)

(I realise that this may be a SourceKit issue...)

samdeane avatar Aug 29 '24 10:08 samdeane

Yup, this is definitely a SourceKit-LSP issue. I've raised a separate issue with them, but will keep this open so that it can be verified that the fix works in VSCode once available. Thanks for raising this issue!

This was fixed in swiftlang/sourcekit-lsp/pull/1846 (this issue can be closed).

Hello,

I'm on Windows 11, Swift 6.1 and unfortunately I still have this error

@daniele-niero can you create a new issue in https://github.com/swiftlang/sourcekit-lsp? Your issue could also be related to swiftlang/sourcekit-lsp#2115.

Thanks @matthewbastien

The other issue you linked on your reply seems to talk exactly about the issue I have, so probably I will follow that one instead of opening a very likely duplicate :)

Cheers
