Generate shell environment for all known shells

Swiftly is only set up for the user's login shell, assuming that's what they are actually using, which is difficult to determine. The wiring for generating the shell env script for bash/zsh, and fish is all coded in swiftly, so why not configure the profile for all of these shells so that it can work fine even when switching between shells?
