Cannot uninstall or use toolchain

Whenever I try to remove or change the active toolchain I run into the following error:

➜  project git:(rauhul/vector) ✗ swiftly uninstall 'main-snapshot-2024-10-08'
The following toolchains will be uninstalled:
  main-snapshot-2024-10-08
Proceed? (Y/n): Y

Error: The file "swiftc-legacy-driver" couldn't be opened because there is no such file.

Ended up manually removing and reinstalling swiftly.

Seems like these sorts of errors shouldn't stop the uninstall process. Maybe they should be warnings, just in case for some reason something got inconsistent in the files...

I think that this should be better now. The uninstall is now a mechanism to get corrupted states back into a working one.
