Audio Device UI Selection will NOT work for Sound Effects - always picks first device

Couldn't find where to add a feature in GitHub, and old site is still active and had a hard time finding even this screen to open a ticket :)

Running Linux, and I have three sound devices - no matter what I pick for IN/OUT, the sound effects (chimes, ding, radio squelch) will always pick the first sound device - I then have to change my default device in my system (not in SWIFT) to something else and back again for the sound effects to honor my actual default (which is NOT the first sound device in my system). You can also go into pavucontrol and manually change each instance of sound effects, but there 13 entries there (called QTPulseSample). Grabbing all of those as separate entries does make for a messy pavucontrol and it never actually lies under SWIFT (only ATC connections do).

My request is that:

  1. In/Out actually apply to the sound effects as well so when you choose a device, it will actually honor that selection
  2. All of those individual samples could all actually be folded under the actual program, if possible. Not only is it confusing where they come from, it holds 14 different things open now in Pulse (Swift plus the samples) - which means when you want to change the volume, its 14 different sliders now to control, and if you have other programs, it takes a lot to figure out what is what.
