Persist setting of aircraft labels when set via xswiftbus menu

When aircraft labels are toggled via the menu item in X-Plane's plugins menu, the setting is not remembered the next time X-Plane is started.

When the setting is changed within xswiftbus, it would need some way of notifying the sim driver in swift. I favor doing this as part of a broader reevaluation of the XP settings.
