Add support for PilotEdge CSL format

PilotEdge has yet again a different CSL format (see attached example).

The changes currently causing errors in our parsers are:

  • ´OBJ8_AIRCRAFT 727-1 EAL´ having a second airline argument. Ignore that.
  • OFFSET command is still to be investigated, but it looks like the vertical offset.
