Option to set an ATC frequency as COM 1/COM 2 stby frequency.

Hello

Currently, swift only offers the option to set any ATC freq as active COM 1/COM 2 frequency. Request to add the option to allow to set any freq as the stby freq as well.

Note: This is about preselecting STBY COM1/COM2 from the ATC list. Currently, from the list, it is only possible to tune a ATC station into the active COM1/COM2.
