Unable to Install Swift 5.9 on ubuntu-latest

Describe the bug

I'm unable to install Swift 5.9 in an ubuntu-latest GitHub Actions workflow. See here.

Workflow configuration (please complete the following information):

  • Action version (uses): swift-actions/setup-swift@3aed395c5397f62deb91d8fe7af1418a9ae4d16f
  • Platform (runs-on): ubuntu-latest
  • Swift version (swift-version): 5.9

Seeing the same issue Using ubuntu-22.04 should provide a temporary workout.

I'm having the same issue with swift 5.10 on ubuntu 24.04

Error log:
