Support filtering or consent in Fediverse content
How to deal with the fact that the fediverse is by default unfiltered and there are nodes that permit or actively encourage hate speech and abuse?
A very basic approach is to enable whitelist/blacklist of ActivityPub domains so that an individual site's admins can decide who to or not to federate with. That's what's supported in Mastodon.
But that's super limited. It relies on each site admin to somehow research and decide on who to federate with site by site.
