I get this straight away: pausing a magnet link with no meta data, then restarting transmission. The magnet link starts to automatically download metadata. the paused state is ignored....

and then once metadata has downloaded it pauses... this is with the setting **start transfers when added** is checked

@Coeur did you check the attached video? once the meta data is downloaded, the **start transfers when added** setting is not respected. Its hard to debug something when the final...
