Sweep: Do not edit user .ideavimrc without manual UX flow

I know this is gonna sound insane but I like having file structure popup on <TAB> in normal mode. Super awesome for jumping around files. I'm not sure yet what I'm gonna do about this shortcut situation for next edit completions, but even in insert mode I don't like how completion overrides my muscle memory scope and spacing with tab.

I'll figure it out in due time, but for now I was confused when that all stopped working randomly! Turns out Sweep had edited my personal .ideavimrc without permission!!

We definitely need a popup letting the user know that .ideavimrc is detected, during the initial post installation on-boarding. I recommend including a button option to instead copy the relevant configuration to clipboard so the user can handle it themselves if they want. Even better if the IntelliJ platform's popup libraries allow for displaying code blocks in them, thus demonstrating exactly what is suggested to be added.

I want to highlight though it's cool that Sweep is already at a maturity level where ideavim users are considered. Cheers for that!
