Ep4: Plot loop hole - processing the short file

Nelle identifies a file which only has 240 lines, and the narrative explains this sample needs re-running through the assay machine to generate the full 300-line output. However, we just plough right on with the analysis and process the file anyway.

I'm not sure what the best fix for this would be - we could delete the file, and say that we'll carry on working on the analysis pipeline that we can re-run later when we have regenerated that data file?
