improving the documentation / packaging episodes for both functions and data

Hi there,

I was thinking of improving and adding to the 08-making-packages. I was wondering if it would be an option to add documentation of data (using devtools::use_data_raw() and devtools::use_data() )?

IMO, this parallels #309. If there's a significant overhaul, maybe documentation of data could be included, but we do need to carefully consider the addition of concepts a [non-supplementary] episode.
