Update figure generation scripts to automatically export image files

Figures (or at least some of them) for dplyr and tidyr lessons are generated via R scripts (in the fig directory). Currently, one is required to manually export png figures. It would be nice to automate this process. DiagrammeR::export_graph might be the best way to go about doing this.

This is a heavy ask, given waning attention to DiagrammeR package, which is used to create the figures.
