Draft: Tablet v2 bindings

I added bindings for tablet-unstable-v2. There are probably errors, so I'll leave this as a draft until I know it works.

FYI you can run zig build test to catch some errors. You need to add some @import in src/wlroots.zig first though

I just found out about that. I'm finding a lot of issues and fixing them. I also found out that a lot of the code could have been generated from the headers, but I did it all manually.
