One screen stays off when using Vulkan renderer

• Debug Log: https://pastebin.com/cK2tFqHa Note that I do pass --unsupported-gpu because I have a nVidia discrete GPU, however I am also specifying WLR_DRM_DEVICE=/dev/dri/card0, which uses my Radeon RX card, which has a supported driver.

• Description: I have a 4-monitor setup, one of them is 4k. When using the Vulkan renderer, the 4k monitor does not turn on.
