Notifications appear distorted with fractional scaling on dual monitors

I recently updated Sway to version 1.9 and encountered an issue when using two monitors with different scaling factors. My setup includes one monitor at 100% scaling and the other at 150% scaling. Since the update, desktop notifications managed by Dunst appear pixelated, distorted, and cut off. This issue only occurs when fractional scaling is applied.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Use a dual-monitor setup with different scaling factors (e.g., one at 100% and the other at 150%).
• Enable Dunst for desktop notifications.
• Observe the appearance of notifications.

Expected Behavior:

Notifications should display correctly without any pixelation or distortion, regardless of the scaling factor on each monitor.

Actual Behavior:

Notifications appear pixelated, distorted, and cut off when using fractional scaling on one of the monitors.
