Fix the css in django admin page

• Our django admin page looks improper without css ,

Sir, I am a Django Developer and I would like to work on this issue, as I have worked prior to this upon django based projects and also I am working upon integration of Django BAckend and React Frontend by using DJANGO REST FRAMEWORK and building my own REST APIs
