get_history is returning empty or partial data for some dates...behaving very weirdly...

I am facing similar problem from May 6th. Empty data set. Empty DataFrame Columns: [Symbol, Series, Prev Close, Open, High, Low, Last, Close, VWAP, Volume, Turnover, Trades, Deliverable Volume, %Deliverble] Index: []

The issue was with NSE's side. Seems like they fixed it. Its working for me now.
