Consider a modern, fresh new UI

As the OG, are there plans to consider a new, modern UI just like redoc, scalar, etc.?

Some are saying that the Swagger UI looks "2011-ish"

@kabaluyot Is that necessarily a bad thing? A simple and easy-to-read UI is key. However, if anyone has an interesting proposal, I'd be happy to help with developing a new UI

Definitely not a bad thing since it is working .. but just a suggestion that it's time to update the UI for a modern look.

Currently we moved to stoplight element UI (which I believe is bought by smartbear) and they might develop the UI there instead
