SwaggerEditor@next: Add Google Analytics for SB hosted editor

It would be useful for various SB teams to have insights on usage of SwaggerEditor next (now and following it's promotion to main editor).

Previous conversation with @char0n on approach:

As we directly deploy swaggerapi/swagger-editor:next-v5 to rancher, there is no private image. We could inject an ad-hoc plugin. This probably needs to be created in docker-images repo so that utilizing the analytics would be possible.
