SwaggerEditor@next: loosing semantic highlighting after dropping file

Existed before the state management architecture refactor.

Possible cause is that <Dropzone /> component unmounts the MonacoEditor comopnent and that causes web worker to terminate. After it mounts again the workers are not started.
