Installation issue with psbody-mesh

This package is missing AABB_tree.h file as per the error when I try to install. How to sort this issue?

This is a psbody.mesh issue. The best place to sort this out is here - https://github.com/MPI-IS/mesh

I get this error when I try to install the psbody-mesh package using the setup.py file. It shows the error that "AABB_tree.h" file is missing in the src folder. I also tried to find if this file is in another location, but could not find it.
