HTTPError and HTTPValidationError Information

Feature Request

As per a Slack discussion, I'd like to request a nice "@property" for accessing code and msg for HTTPError and HTTPValidationError. It would also be nice to get some documentation on the code types.

Motivation

This would be helpful for parsing errors and handling them appropriately.
