about training time

When train the model using dataset 'shtechA',I spent almost 7 hours,but i didn't install Crayon so i didn't train with TensorBoard,Is this the reason why I trained the network so long?Or just because my comuputer's CPU/GPU worked too slow.Welcome to discuss with me! pic of training time
