Add 'preserve' parameter to 'removeEditorsNSData' plugin

Closes #1096

Add preserve parameter to removeEditorNSData plugin that allows to preserve elements and attributes of elements. Let me know if the desired configuration should split between attributes and elements in two different parameters.
