scale wbar icons according to display size

Currently the wbar icon size is fixed which will cut off some icons on low resolutions. They should scale up/down with different resolutions.

Only gives problems on 800x600. Even the lowest resolution netbook screens should be able to handle the current size nicely. Not a high priority issue.
