Exact time

Maybe I missed it, but I would like the exact time of a workout (100th of a second). So I can compare progress on 2k races. Thx.

Currently Coxswain reads the duration in seconds only :/.

We'll have to change this and how the duration is stored in the workout too. Not a big problem but nothing that can be done immediately.
