[Suggestion] Biome blacklist

It'd be great if there were a sort of blacklist in the config to specify which biomes which ambient noises should be disabled. There are several modded biomes where the ambient noises don't really fit the atmosphere.

I second this suggestion. Charmonium's a great mod, and I'm glad it and Charm were ported to Fabric, but the ambient sounds for the Mushroom Islands Biome in particular are mighty unsettling.
