Re-investigate the rules, 95% sure it still has to be outside of `conf.py` because of how sphinx evaluates it.

Logfiles are hard to read, `alwaysColorize=False` is a lie (though the docs made that clear xD)

- [ ] replace intentional failures as `TODO` and just grep for those if you can't solve it right now.

sigh... - [ ] snake_case rather than CamelCase (guarantees consumer break, which is important)
