Update the README.md

Describe the problem

I know that is not properly a feature request, but it is still something that needs to be done.

We need to update the README.md file in the branch sites to observe the current stage of that branch.

Describe the proposed solution

We need instructions about how to set up the current website in that branch to help people serve and run the website locally or on their own, if they are for example to work on the localization of the content found on the site.

Alternatives considered

I do not know that is necessary to consider some alternatives.

I guess it might be good to be able to mark this issue as "closed" but still as wip.

Not yet. I think we'll prolly merge that branch directly when it feels ready. Either way, will close this issue then :)

@PuruVJ do you consider creating a netfliy.toml and vercel.json to help serve the site on those platforms?

I am talking this in favor of those who intend to localize the website and documentation and serve it on their own.

We're not officially using netlify.toml, so can't make promises. As for vercel.json, I don't think anything is needed. We use all the default settings on Vercel dashboard
