PDF docs for offline reading

Describe the problem

I'm sometimes offline and I needed to read the Svelte/SvelteKit docs. So I generated a PDF docs for Svelte and SvelteKit. I will be happy to generate them when a new docs version is released. I think some other developers may benefit to have PDF docs as well.

You can find the PDF for Svelte and SvelteKit from these links. I will be happy to create a PR if you are interested.

Alternatives considered

• Add epub or PDF version to download it in the website.
• Add a link to the above GitHub repo.
