fix: update marked to v13

[UziTech]

updated default_renderer to copy marked renderers, not sure if that was the intention or why it needs to be copied.

Thank you! This repo is no longer actively used as we're migrating all our websites to a single site (the repo for which is currently private) but this PR was very helpful in upgrading marked on that repo
