Enhanced Image: Support {AttributeShorthand} syntax
This PR adds support for the Attribute shorthand syntax on <enhanced:img components.
It is now possible to write the following code:

import src from "$lib/myImage.png?enhanced"
</script>
<enhanced:img {src} />
Previously this would error
