Shrinking the logo
The Svelte logo is a work of art in its own right. Love the interplay between the two links, rings, whatever they are.
Contributing a slightly redesigned version that is consistent in the border thickness and the corner radii.
Mostly took it on to see if I could also reduce the file size. Someone was joking that the biggest part of their app was the Svelte logo, so it seemed a good challenge.
After re-drawing it from scratch and running through @jakearchibald SVGOMG compressor, we are at 1,407 bytes. I think that is beatable.
Not expecting it to be used, but it was too interesting a design to not try to clean up a bit. Sorry, had to zip it as SVG is not a valid attachment type for Github 🤷♂️
Ok, this is better -- 1,158 bytes
Should be contained within an average single tcp packet
