add small icons

As we talked about in the channel I need to spit out some small icons for use i.e. in Visual Studio code

I think 16x16, 32x32 and 64x64 will do the job.

I'll have to figure out which format is exactly needed, but maybe I'll do the .pngs first just in case we have them.
