To increase stability just remove particles that have no or insufficient support and accept small energy and mass loss.
Add the option to remove particles that fly off outside of the area of interest.

Compared to publications results are not reproducible.
It should be possible to output hdf5 and open the files directly using XDMF in paraview.
As mentioned in #177 the performance of the different time integration should be investigated. But this is too much out of scope for #177.
