bot cancels manually placed buy orders on repeat

When the bot --repeats the aggregation and order placing process, it cancels all open purchase orders on that market. This prevents the user from being able to place their own limit orders.

User placed Buy Orders being cancelled is currently a feature; if NEF placed orders and USER placed orders can be differentiated, then this functionality can probably programmed

On Binance manually placed orders can be recognized with their ClientOrderId. NEF uses his own format. So it should be able to recognize those.
