Would be nice to use a local mysql db for querying.

Code from other projects could be reused like https://github.com/ybourque/Wikparser

Thumbs up for this idea! Downloading Wiktionary doesn't take that long, and if we could get all of this at once, that would be ideal.

Sounds like a good idea. Pull requests are welcome! Is the purpose of this feature just to improve the speed of querying?
