fix numbering in parivara root

Brahmali made a couple of notes to the effect that the root numbering for some of the Parivara was incorrect. But I have checked with the MS and it seems we have adapted its system incorrectly. We should review the numbers in light of the MS and ensure it is correct.

pvr1.14

"pli-tv-pvr1.14:0.4": "The root text has 1.4 instead of the expected 1.14. The problem persists for the next two chapters. "
