Problem Statement

We should communicate with the community about the major changes in 0.10.0 as @sthaha added in the following PR:

Proposed Solution

Publish a member log post on CNCF about this major rewrite to communicate with the community about the changes, how to get started, and clarify our project roadmap. Then, promote it.

I would like to suggest that kepler document should be ready before blog post. https://github.com/sustainable-computing-io/kepler-doc/pull/172 ideally, we want user see the post, move to document in v0.10.0 version.
