Can we add kwok support for integration test?

@rootfs , @marceloamaral , @sunya-ch , recently I noticed project https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/kwok which

Lightweight: You can simulate thousands of nodes on your laptop without significant consumption of CPU or memory resources. Currently, KWOK can reliably maintain 1k nodes and 100k pods easily.

Hence I want to know can anyone help test if we can use kwok to test kepler behavior with thousands of nodes and pods ?

Why is this needed?

to make a benchmark and testing for kepler's performance.
