Can you post some screen shot of the design that you are trying to replicate?

You are passing BitmapDrawable which is not AVD. Please look into this issue #4
Can you verify if this behavior exists in other bottom navigation libraries? Most of the time, this might be the issue with the fragment itself.
Can you please post a video of it?
For this we might have to change many things in the library (like making sure the text is not obstructed by the curve). So this feature will not be implemented...
