Removing cookie-cutter dependency

Hi,

I noticed that the interface depends on cookie-cutter, which has not been maintained for 7 years. Its repository doesn't even exist anymore.

This PR aims to replace this dependency with tiny-cookies which is still maintained and has the same API.
